Registration Deadline
To allow us time
to properly prepare, all registration forms (including the Pastor’s Section),
health forms and registration money are due no less than 15 days before
the camp start date. Early Bird registration
discounts are available.

faxes, emails or partial registrations accepted)

if your church so provides, you may register through your church.
Please see your church registrar for appropriate steps.
IMPORTANT:
It is the responsibility of the parents or legal guardian of the camper
to ensure the registration process has been completed.
Registration
Fees/Dates
The grade level
for all camps listed in the linked table refers to the grade a camper will
enter the Fall semester following the camp. Campers must register for the camp
for their grade level.
Cancellation/Refund
Policy
Cancellations
must be in writing and postmarked no less than 15 days prior to camp.
Cancellations will be granted a refund of the registration fee minus $50.00.
After that, no refunds will be made
ARRIVAL
& DEPARTURE
(For Mini, Junior, Chi Rho and CYF
Camps)
Camper Check-in
Camper registration will begin no sooner
than 4:00 pm on Sundays and will end at 5:30 pm. Campers are expected
to arrive during this time. Registration process includes:

Medical evaluation (turn in medications, if
any, and lice check)

Signing in of camper
-
Turning in camp store money
-
Turning in of car keys (CYF I & CYF II)
Arriving Early
Campers arriving early for camp are strongly
discouraged. Campers are not to be left unattended by an adult if
arriving before being signed in. Camp staff is not available nor responsible
for campers before being signed in.
Camper Check-out
Campers must be picked up at the close
of camp. For Mini Camp this is on Wednesday at 7:00 pm. For Junior, Chi
Rho, CYF I and CYF II Camps, this is Saturday at 11:00 am. Check-out
process includes:

Signing out of camper
-
Release of unspent money
-
Release of medications
-
Release of car keys (CYF I & CYF II)
-
Release of any confiscated items
-
Handing out of Camp picture and roster
Meals
Camp will begin on Sunday with dinner
in the Dinning Hall at 5:30 pm. Mini Camp will end with dinner on
Wednesday. Junior, Chi Rho, CYF I, and CYF II Camps’ last camp meal
will be breakfast on Saturday, the closing day of camp.
No Walk-In Registrations
We are unable to accept walk-ins registrations.
Campers who have not turned in their registration form, health form and
money no later than 15 days before camp will not be registered for camp
and not allowed to stay.
