Pool (Seasonal) - Rate $35/hour (additional
charge for 2nd lifeguard) Lifeguard:
Any use of swimming pool requires a lifeguard
with a current Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguard Certification.
Groups may request a lifeguard from the
Center (minimum two hour guarantee). Ratio is 1 Guard per 25 participants. Archery Guided

Additional Rate Sheet Information
Arrival
& Departure:
Arrival time is 4:00 P.M. Departure time is 2:00 P.M. Arrangements for arrival or departure times other than these must be made with the Camp Manager and
may result in additional charges.
Seasonal/Holiday Reservations: Reservations for Martin Luther King weekend, Presidents Day weekend, Memorial
Day and Labor Day weekends require bookings with a minimum stay of 3 nights as well as a minimum of 35 persons for the entire
period. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter require special arrangements with Operations Manager.
Limitations:
· Guest groups choosing to make reservations for less than 2 nights & 4 meals
or smaller than 25 persons are considered filler groups. Availability may be subject to booking along with a larger group.
· Cole Leadership rooms can only be reserved in conjunction with
cabin rentals. Two rooms are available for rent for every 15 retreat guests. (Ex. A group of 30 participants can reserve up
to 4 Cole rooms).
·
A minimum of 80 people is required
for exclusive use of Loch Leven.
