Arrival time is 4:00 P.M.  Departure time is 2:00 P.M.  Arrangements for arrival or departure times other than these must be made with the Camp Manager and may result in additional charges.

Group Minimums: Loch Leven has a required minimum of no less than 25 people for no less than 2 nights & 4 meals per group. 

Holiday or three day weekends require a minimum of no less than 35 people for no less than 3 nights & 7 meals per group.

NOTE: Group attendance less than these minimums, contract decreases do not apply. Tentative arrangements can be made in anticipation of larger groups booking the site.

Seasonal/Holiday Reservations: Reservations for Martin Luther King, Presidents weekend, Memorial Day and Labor Day require bookings with a minimum stay of 3 nights, 7 meals as well as a minimum of 35 persons or more for the entire period.  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter require arrangements with Operations Manager.

Limitations - Guest groups choosing to make reservations for less than 2 nights & 4 meals are considered "filler" groups and may only book as far as 45 days in advance of arrival date requested. Availability is based on booking along with a large group.  Groups in size less than 25 and/or stay less than 2 nights & 4 meals are subject to cancellation at any time if larger group cancellation occurs.

RESERVATION PROCESS

The following is a step by step process that will help you when planning your retreat. From your first contact with Loch Leven to finalizing the final contract agreement, this process is designed to help us serve you better. Please follow the process thoroughly and feel free to contact us any time we can be of service.

Read through our information packet thoroughly to familiarize yourself with our facility and the services we provide.  If you do not have our packet please e-mail or contact us at (909) 794-2507.

Prior to your first contact with us please be prepared with the following information:

  • The name of your group and the sponsoring organization
  • The name, address and phone number of the leader and or contact person.
  • The estimated quantity of persons attending and type of group
  • What calender dates you are considering.
  • Length of stay you are considering ( example: 2 nights & 5 meals).
Plan to make your reservation with deposit at least 6 months to a year in advance.

Once you have contacted us and decided a date, we will send you a "Service Contract" to sign which states the details of your reservation. Here are some important notes pertaining to "Service Contract":

  • READ YOUR CONTRACT THOROUGHLY!
  • Check that all information about your group reservation is correct.
  • Signed contract and required deposit must be received by due date stated to secure confirmation of your reservation.
  • Deposits are 20% of the total minimum guarantee. 
  • A "Certificate of Insurance" must be received with signed Service Contract and deposit.
  • Payment is due the final day of your scheduled event (Checks, cashiers check or money orders only please)
Once we have received your contract, deposit and "Certificate of Insurance"  we will send a confirmation letter to you for your records.

ARRIVAL REPORT FORM:  4 to 6 weeks prior to your event we will send the group leader an "Arrival Report Form". This form must be received no less than 10 days prior to your arrival date. Please fill this form out at thoroughly as possible. This is a very important tool in helping you communicate the final count of persons in your group as well as other services you may be requesting. 

A Host will be available to welcome you upon your arrival.
