Plentiful and Delicious Menus
will be served cafeteria style or buffet style. All meals are served
in Stone Dining Hall.
Nutritionally Balanced Menus offer
a variety of choices to enhance your program. A proposed menu designed
specifically for the age and style of your group can be made available
for your review. Sample menus may include:

All breakfasts include orange juice or fresh
fruit, milk, hot chocolate, or tea.

Lunches and dinners include dessert and a
choice of beverages, milk, punch, coffee, hot chocolate or tea.
Ethnic and Specialty Menus are also
available. Our professional food services department can provide
menus, food handling and preparation standards to ensure the highest quality
meals and adherence to dietary needs. Vegetarian
meals provided upon request.
Extra Special Touches - We offer
large buffets, outdoor Bar-B-Ques, and mid-morning and evening refreshments
at an additional cost. We also offer speciality food services for
meetings and special events. |
