Where can I park when I arrive?

When you arrive, there will be a large green building to the right known as Stone Lodge. Turn right and park in the parking lot across from Stone Lodge. The spaces are marked and easily accessible.

Where is the office located?

The office can be found in Stone Lodge through the double doors. Stone Lodge is a large green building directly to the right of the road. If you see a wooden bear, you are on the right track.

What should I bring for my retreat?

Good question! You should bring a pillow, sleeping bag, bath towel, toiletries, sunscreen and bug spray (Spring and Summer), and a reusable water bottle to your retreat.

Am I allowed to bring alcohol to my retreat/event/wedding?

You may provide wine or beer only to your guests if your group or event insurance includes an alcoholic beverage clause. Hard liquor is not allowed.

What is your policy on pets?

Dogs are allowed at camp (excluding Campbell Lodge) if the following criteria are met: $200 additional cleaning fee (although we understand how clean your pet is, many of our guests have sensitivities which require us to shampoo carpets and drapes after pets). Group has exclusive or semi-exclusive use of camp (semi-exclusive is all building except Campbell Lodge). Dogs are up to date on vaccinations and must provide proof of Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella (kennel cough). Puppies must be 10 days past their final round of distemper/parvo. Dogs are crated when left alone indoors and are not crated for more than two hours at a time. Dogs must be on a physical leash when outside. Dogs are not allowed in the dining hall. Dogs are familiar, comfortable and friendly around large groups of strangers, in unusual settings, and around other animals. Guests must pick up after their pets. Service animals are always welcome! Loch Leven is located in the mountains where wildlife roam. Bring your furry friends at your own risk.

Can I come tour the camp?

You most certainly can! We require that you make an appointment ahead of time if you would like to tour the facilities. Head over to the contact form to schedule your tour.

Can I bring my own food?

Because our camp is located in the mountains with wildlife present, we ask that you refrain from bringing your own food. (Campbell Lodge is an exception if you are providing your own meals)

How do I volunteer at Loch Leven?

We love that you want to volunteer your time! Send us your contact information, and we will reach out to you when we have specific roles that need to be met for events, workdays, or summer camp.

Can I rent out spaces at Loch Leven for the day?

Absolutely! We can host a number of day events (birthday parties, business meetings, outdoor education, day camps, etc.). If you want more information, please contact us.

What is Loch Leven doing in response to COVID-19?

Loch Leven has closed all of its facilities for the remainder of 2020 in order to protect the staff and residents from the virus.
